1. Definitions :
• "Event": PMUX Conference taking place on 31 of March - 4 of April, Cairo, Egypt.
• "Ticket-holder": Only the individual whose name appears on the ticket.
• "Partner": Spouse/domestic partner accompanying a primary ticket holder.
2. Ticket Rules
2.1. The Organiser offers multiple ticket tiers (Local Experience, Essential Experience, Ultimate Experience, PArtner Ticket).
2.2. Each ticket grants the bearer the specific benefits and venue access listed on the official sales page pmux.club .
2.3 Non-Transferability
Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable.
No name changes permitted after purchase.
2.4 ID Verification
Valid government ID (passport/driver’s license) matching the exact ticket name (Latin script) required for:
- Event entry
- Hotel check-in
- Gala Dinner access
Mismatched names result in denied entry without refund.
2.3 Partner Tickets
Eligibility: Only for partners of Ultimate/Essential ticket holders.
Benefits include:
• Shared double-occupancy hotel room with primary holder
• Access to Gala Dinner (when accompanied by primary holder)
Exclusions:
- No conference session access
- Invalid if primary holder is absent
3. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
3.1. All deposits must be fully paid within 3 months of initial payment. Unpaid deposits after this period will be automatically canceled without refund. Final balances are due by the stated deadline prior to the Event.
3.2. Refunds are calculated based on the Event start date (31 of March):

4. Event Changes
4.1 Postponement
• Tickets remain valid for the new date.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of postponement announcement.
4.2 Cancellation
• Full ticket price refunded (minus processing fees) within 30 business days.
4.3 Attendee Responsibilities
• The Organizer is not liable for:
• Travel/accommodation costs
• Visa rejections
• Force majeure disruptions
5. Media & Interpreters
5.1. Professional videographers, photographers, and interpreters may attend only with prior written approval from the Organizer. All media personnel must possess valid conference tickets of the appropriate type granting them access to the event areas where they will be working.
5.2 The inviting party is fully responsible for all costs associated with their media team, including tickets, equipment fees, insurance, and any additional venue requirements. Media personnel must comply with all venue regulations and safety protocols at all times.
Unauthorized recording equipment will be confiscated, and violations may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
6. Entry & Conduct
6.1 Verification Process
Primary + Partner ticket holders must present IDs together at:
• Registration
• Hotel check-in
• Gala Dinner entry
6.2 Behavior Policy
The Organizer reserves the right to eject without refund anyone:
• Using falsified tickets
• Disrupting sessions
• Violating venue rules
7. Data Protection
By purchasing, you agree to:
• Data processing under GDPR/CCPA regulations.
• Promotional communications from the Organizer.

1. Definitions
“Event” – The conference, show, or gathering for which tickets are sold.
“Organiser” – , the legal entity hosting the Event.
“Ticket-holder / Purchaser” – Any person or company that buys a ticket for the Event.
“Cancellation Request” – A written request by the Ticket-holder to cancel one or more tickets, sent via the official support channel (e-mail or ticketing portal).
2. Ticket Types & Access
- The Organiser offers multiple ticket tiers (e.g., Elite, General, Student).
- Each ticket grants the bearer the specific benefits and venue access listed on the official sales page.
- Tickets are personal but may be transferred once free of charge, provided the Organiser receives written notice at least 7 days before the Event.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges, which remain the responsibility of the Purchaser.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All dates refer to the Event start date of 2 March [Year] (00:00 local venue time).

*Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
How to cancel:
- Send a Cancellation Request with your order number and full name to support@example.com.
- The timestamp of the e-mail (or ticketing-portal submission) determines the applicable refund tier.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Event Changes, Postponement & Force Majeure
- The Organiser may change the venue, schedule, or line-up for reasons beyond reasonable control.
- In the event of postponement, all tickets automatically transfer to the new date. Purchasers unable to attend the rescheduled Event may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement; the refund schedule in Section 4 applies.
- If the Event is cancelled outright, the Organiser will refund the ticket price in full within a reasonable timeframe.
- The Organiser is not liable for costs incurred by Ticket-holders (e.g., travel or accommodation) due to any change or cancellation.
6. Videography & Interpretation
- Professional videographers and interpreters are welcome only with prior written approval from the Organiser.
- Equipment specifications, on-site access, and credentialing details will be provided upon approval.
- Crew members must comply with all venue safety regulations and insurance requirements.
7. Code of Conduct & Liability
- Ticket-holders must follow all venue rules, security instructions, and local laws.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person for unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behaviour without refund.
- Attendance is at the Ticket-holder’s own risk. The Organiser, its affiliates, and contractors accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where mandated by law.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, available on the official website.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, USA.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
